Susan Tardanico Susan Tardanico is CEO of the Authentic
Leadership Alliance, a leadership and communications consultancy
that advises, coaches and supports executives at major corporations,
nonprofits and entrepreneurial ventures.
Concurrently, she is Executive in Residence at the Center for
Creative Leadership, the world’s largest independent leadership
development organization. Tardanico writes for Forbes and
ForbesWoman and is a member of the adjunct faculties of Georgetown
and New York universities where she runs graduate leadership and
communications seminars and has formed a mentee network of emerging
women leaders. She is a 23-year veteran of corporate America, most
recently serving as Vice President and Corporate Officer of Textron,
then a $14 billion multinational corporation.
Previously, Tardanico was a Boston-based television news reporter
and anchor. As a keynote and motivational speaker, she engages
groups throughout the country about leadership, authenticity and
courageous career management. |

Amy Herman Amy Herman designed, developed and conducts
all sessions of The Art of Perception using the analysis of works of
art to improve perception and communication skills. Originally
designed in 2000 to help medical students improve their observation
and communication skills with patients, the program was subsequently
adapted for law enforcement professionals and leaders in industry,
education, and finance.
Herman currently conducts the program across the country for a
wide range of law enforcement agencies including the New York City
Police Department, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, and the
Department of Homeland Security as well as for hospitals, medical
schools, and nurses.
Herman was the Head of Education at The Frick Collection in New
York City for eleven years, where she oversaw all educational
programs and community initiatives. Herman holds an AB in
International Affairs, a Juris Doctor, and an MA in Art
History. |
